A member of the Council of the Public Association “Ukrainian Water Association” Pavlo Nalyvayko took part in the Second Public-Private Mission within the framework of the Japanese-Ukrainian platform JUPITeR (Japan-Ukraine Platform on Infrastructure Technology for Recovery and Reconstruction).

Together with high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Development and Trade, the Ambassador of Japan, Deputy Minister of MLIT Kenichi Kawamura, and representatives of 11 leading Japanese companies, they discussed key priorities for cooperation:

* resilience of critical infrastructure
* development of distributed energy
* water supply and wastewater
* ecological recovery of Ukraine

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of Japanese innovative technologies for remote construction and rapid recovery, which is extremely important for frontline regions.

This opens up new opportunities for the water sector:
— more reliable water purification systems
— safer solutions for water utilities
— increasing the resilience of communities during war and during reconstruction.

The Ukrainian Water Association continues to work on the use of advanced technologies to provide Ukrainians with high-quality and safe water.

Thank you to our partners for your trust and readiness for joint projects!
